At The Rodeo Vault, we are committed to providing exceptional pre-owned watches and fine jewelry. Eligible purchases are covered by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty or The Rodeo Vault’s
Pre-Owned Watch & Jewelry Warranties
Subject to exclusions. Vintage watches are excluded.
1. Warranty Coverage
Pre-owned watches are covered for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If a problem arises from work performed or parts supplied by The Rodeo Vault, we may repair or replace the affected components at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover:
Parts not serviced by The Rodeo Vault.
Basic quartz watch services.
Water damage, shock damage, abuse, or improper handling.
Consequential or incidental damages.
Important: Third-party servicing, unauthorized opening, or adding non-original parts (excluding straps and bracelet components) will void the warranty.
2. Watches with Remaining OEM Warranty
If the remaining OEM warranty is less than two years from purchase, The Rodeo Vault covers the remaining period needed to complete two years. Active OEM claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Following OEM service, the manufacturer’s service warranty applies to the work performed.

Repairs typically take six to eight weeks, depending on the brand and service required. Tracking details will be emailed when the watch is shipped.
4. Customer Property & Abandoned Items
Customers are responsible for retrieving property left with The Rodeo Vault within the time required by applicable law. Property may be deemed abandoned in accordance with applicable law. Any related liability releases, agreements not to sue, and indemnification obligations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
