The Rodeo Vault is pleased to offer complimentary, fully insured two-business-day shipping on all domestic orders and cost-effective international shipments worldwide. For custom-ordered items, we ship within 1–2 business days from the date of your order. These pieces are specially sourced from our suppliers, which may result in a slight delay compared to in-stock inventory.
SHIPMENT TIMING
All timepieces listed for purchase are available in our New York showroom and ready for shipment. Orders placed by 4 PM on business days typically depart the same day. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our in-house inventory management ensures this premium service.
PRE-SHIPMENT PROCESS
Every timepiece is selected from our curated collection and cross-referenced with its online listing. The packaging and documentation align with the product description. Each item is then reviewed by our expert watchmakers to confirm cosmetic condition, timing accuracy, and water resistance (where applicable).
SHIPMENT PROCEDURE
Your order will be carefully inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched via trusted carriers like UPS or FedEx. Deliveries are made to your billing address.
SHIPPING TERMS
All The Rodeo Vault shipments are fully insured and packed with care. A signature is required at delivery or pickup.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are proud to ship to over 60 countries globally. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item complies with local import laws, as some countries may restrict items made from exotic materials.
SALES TAX
The Rodeo Vault is legally required to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees for orders shipped to New York State addresses.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All customs fees, import/export taxes, or other charges related to international orders are the customer’s responsibility, even if the shipment is refused. Some countries impose additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees at delivery time, which do not apply to The Rodeo Vault. While we cannot control customs decisions, we partner with reliable carriers like UPS and FedEx to minimize delays.
