2. Product Authenticity & Pre-Owned Disclaimer

All timepieces listed on Rodeo Vault are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Every watch undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our team of watchmaking experts prior to listing or sale.

• Pre-Owned Condition: Unless explicitly stated as brand new or unworn, timepieces are sold as pre-owned and may show standard wear consistent with their age and history. Detailed descriptions and high-resolution media are provided to reflect the exact physical condition of each watch.
• Independent Dealer: Rodeo Vault is an independent dealer of luxury timepieces and fine jewelry. We are not an authorized dealer, affiliated distributor, or factory representative for Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Breguet, or any other brand displayed on our site. All trademark names, brand logos, and model references belong exclusively to their respective owners.

3. Pricing, Availability & Orders

Due to the volatile and dynamic market for luxury timepieces, all prices, product availability, and specifications listed on our site are subject to change without prior notice.

• Price Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or sudden market shifts, Rodeo Vault reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of order confirmation status.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or limit any order for any reason, including verification failures, suspected fraud, or inventory discrepancies.
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via bank wire transfer, major credit cards, or other payment gateways approved by Rodeo Vault. Orders paid via wire transfer must be settled within the timeframe specified during checkout or invoice issuance.

4. Sourcing & Custom Orders

Rodeo Vault provides specialized procurement services to source rare or specific watch models for clients upon request.

• Sourcing services require a non-refundable deposit before procurement begins.
• Once a target watch is procured, final payment must be completed within the agreed time frame. Failure to settle the balance will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the sourcing request.

5. Shipping, Insurance & Delivery

All timepieces shipped by Rodeo Vault are fully insured for their full value during transit and require an adult signature upon delivery.

• Shipping Carriers: We utilize secure express courier services (such as FedEx or courier transit partners) for domestic and international shipments.
• Risk of Loss: Delivery is complete once signed for at the designated delivery address. The recipient is responsible for inspecting package integrity before signing.
• International Customs & Taxes: For international orders, clients are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by their destination country.

6. Sell & Trade Terms

When offering a timepiece to Rodeo Vault for outright sale or trade-in, you agree to the following terms:

• You guarantee that you are the lawful owner of the timepiece, with full right and authority to transfer ownership free of liens or encumbrances.
• You warrant that the watch is authentic, contains original or disclosed parts, and has not been stolen, altered, or subjected to illegal activity.
• Payouts or trade balances are finalized only after physical inspection and verification of the watch by our team in our Beverly Hills boutique.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this website—such as text, layout designs, logos, custom graphics, product photography, video media, and software code—is the property of Rodeo Vault or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
